Submission detail

Open a response to review its submitted values.

DoorFall Forms displays the form answers using the saved field definition.

Internal notes

Use internal notes for administrator-only context.

Examples:

• Called customer
• Needs follow-up
• Qualified lead
• Missing document

Internal notes are not part of the visitor's form answer.

Uploaded files

When a File upload field contains a file, use the protected submission file action to download it.

Privacy metadata

Depending on Settings, a submission may include:

• IP address
• Browser/user-agent information

If these options are disabled, the information is not stored.

Delete

Deleting a submission removes the response and related data according to the application workflow.

Export or back up important data first when necessary.
