Submissions
The Submissions area contains responses received by DoorFall Forms.
Filter by form
Use the available form filter to focus on one form.
Builder can also open Submissions directly for the current form.
Read / unread
Use read state to track whether a response has been reviewed.
Star
Star important responses for easier prioritization.
Examples:
- High-value leads
- Applications to review
- Responses needing follow-up
Open a submission
Click a submission to inspect the complete answers and metadata stored for it.
Bulk actions
When available, use bulk actions to process several selected submissions.
Retention
Submissions can be automatically deleted according to the global retention setting.
IMPORTANTAutomatic retention also removes uploaded files associated with deleted submissions.
