- Forever
- 30 days
- 90 days
- 365 days
- Custom
Custom days
When Custom is selected, choose the number of days.
Allowed range:
1 to 3650
Cleanup behavior
Retention cleanup runs at most once per day.
Old submissions beyond the retention period are deleted.
Uploaded files associated with deleted submissions are also removed.
Choosing a retention period
Choose the shortest period that still supports the site's operational needs.
IMPORTANTRetention affects data stored inside DoorFall Forms. Copies exported to CSV or sent to other systems are outside this cleanup.
