Multi-Step Forms
Create multi-page forms and configure progress, step names and navigation buttons.
Add Page breaks
A Multi-Step form uses Page break fields to separate pages.
Example:
- Contact details
- Project information
- Final questions
Insert Page break between these groups.
Step name
Select each Page break and enter a clear Step name.
Examples:
- Contact
- Project
- Finish
Progress display
Available:
- Progress bar
- Step numbers
- Percentage
Choose the style that best suits the number of steps.
Show step names
Enable when Step names help explain the journey.
Next button text
Controls the button that advances to the next step.
Examples:
- Next
- Continue
- Continue to project
Back button text
Controls the previous-step button.
Examples:
- Back
- Previous
Testing
Preview the complete form and test every Next/Back path before publishing.
TIPA Multi-Step form is usually easier to complete when each step has a clear purpose rather than an arbitrary number of fields.
