Deactivate, Move & Switch License

Move a license to another domain or switch to another DFF key.

Move the current license

Before activating the same key on another installation:

  1. Open License on the current site.
  2. Click Deactivate license.
  3. Confirm the action.
  4. Install DoorFall Forms at the new location.
  5. Enter the same DFF key during activation.

Switch License Key

Use Switch License Key when this installation should use a different DFF key.

  1. Open License.
  2. Enter the new license key.
  3. Click Switch license key.

DoorFall checks the new key before changing the current local activation.

Pending activation

If activation is temporarily pending because the license service cannot be reached, DoorFall Forms can retry.

Use Retry activation when available.

IMPORTANTDo not deactivate a license unless you intend to release the current activation or move/switch it.
