Use opening / closing dates

Enable when a form should accept responses only during a defined period.

Open at

The date/time before which the form remains unavailable.

Useful for:

• Applications opening at a fixed time
• Registrations beginning on a launch date

Close at

The date/time after which the form stops accepting responses.

Useful for:

• Application deadlines
• Event registration deadlines
• Limited campaigns

Maximum submissions

Controls the total number of accepted submissions.

0 means unlimited.

Examples:

• 50 for a 50-seat event
• 100 for a limited application round

Closed message

Shown when the form is unavailable because of its schedule or submission limit.

Example:

Registration is now closed. Please contact us if you need assistance.
