Creating a Form
Create a new form, choose its experience and use a template.
Form name
Enter a descriptive form name such as:
- Contact Us
- Project Quote Request
- Event Registration
- Customer Feedback
The name can be changed later in Builder.
Form experience
Choose one of three experiences:
Classic
Displays the form in a traditional single-page layout.
Recommended for:
- Contact forms
- Feedback
- Registration
- Short surveys
- Simple applications
Multi-Step
Breaks the form into separate pages.
Recommended for:
- Quote requests
- Longer registrations
- Applications
- Onboarding
- Detailed surveys
Conversational
Shows one question at a time.
Recommended for:
- Lead qualification
- Focused questionnaires
- Personalized question flows
Templates
DoorFall Forms Version 1.0 includes:
- Blank
- Contact
- Lead capture
- Customer feedback
- Registration
- Quote request
- Quick survey
- Event registration
A template is only a starting point. Every included field can be changed or removed.
After creation
Click Create and DoorFall Forms opens the new form in Builder.
