How to use Heading, Paragraph, Divider, Page break, Hidden field and Consent checkbox.

Heading

Adds a visual heading inside the form.

Heading does not collect an answer.

Use it to separate sections or introduce a group of questions.

Paragraph

Adds explanatory text.

Paragraph does not collect an answer.

Use it for:

  • Instructions
  • Privacy explanations
  • Context
  • Help
  • Answer piping

Divider

Adds a visual separator.

Divider does not collect an answer.

Page break

Starts a new page/step in a Multi-Step form.

Step name

Give the step a short name such as:

  • Contact
  • Project
  • Details
  • Review

Step names can appear in Multi-Step progress navigation.

Hidden field

Stores a predefined value without showing an editable answer control.

Default value

Enter the value that should be stored.

Useful for:

  • Campaign/source labels
  • Internal context
  • Integration identifiers

Consent checkbox

Use for an agreement/consent statement.

The agreement text is configured in the field content/placeholder area.

Enable Required when the visitor must agree before submission.
