My Account

Purpose

My Account contains settings that belong to the signed-in Staff user rather than the whole Desk installation.

Profile

Use the profile fields to maintain the Employee name and supported account details shown inside Desk.

Password

The password section changes the signed-in account password. Use a strong unique password.

Email signature

Where Employee signatures are enabled by the current signature workflow, an Employee can configure the supported personal signature mode/content.

Default versus personal signature

The Administrator Default Email Signature provides the company fallback. An Employee-specific signature can be used where the selected signature mode allows it.
