Default Email Signature

Signature logo

Upload the image used with the default company email signature. The Settings page displays the recommended dimensions.

Logo URL

The stored/public URL for the current signature logo. Normally this is populated by the upload workflow.

Signature

The default company signature content appended to customer-facing replies when the active signature mode uses the default signature.

Employee signatures

Employees can have supported personal signature behavior through My Account. The default signature remains the company fallback.

Stored reply signature

DoorFall Desk keeps the signature associated with the customer-facing reply so Staff can see what was sent.
