DoorFall Desk Licensing
Main DFD license states, one-domain activation, outage behavior and Premium module separation.
License key
DoorFall Desk uses a main doorfall-desk license key with the DFD- prefix.
One domain
A main license is intended for one active installation/domain according to the DoorFall license terms.
Active
The application operates normally.
Suspended
Public/customer-facing use and normal Employee use are blocked. Administrator access remains available so the installation owner can resolve the license state.
Revoked
Public/customer-facing use and normal Employee use are blocked. Administrator access remains available.
Reactivation
When DoorFall confirms the license is Active again, normal Desk use is restored automatically.
Temporary license-service outage
A temporary DoorFall.com, DNS, network or internet failure does not disable an installation whose last confirmed authoritative state was Active.
Premium modules
Future PREMIUM module entitlements are separate from the main Desk license.
