Asset name

Human-readable name of the tracked item.

Customer

Customer that owns or uses the asset.

Asset type

Type/category of asset.

Serial number

Manufacturer/device serial number when applicable.

Reference / License number

Reference identifier or software/license number associated with the asset.

Status

Current asset state. Use the module's available status values consistently.

Assigned employee

Employee responsible for or associated with the asset. Unassigned leaves it without an Employee owner.

Purchase date

Date the asset was purchased.

Warranty expires

Warranty expiration date.

Notes

Internal asset context.

Filters

The Assets list supports status, type and page-size filtering.
