Create services and understand every service field.
Name
The customer-facing service name.

30-minute consultation
Massage
Description
Optional supporting text explaining what the service includes. Keep it short enough to scan easily on the public booking page.
Duration (minutes)
How long the appointment occupies the schedule.
DoorFall uses this value when calculating available start times and the appointment end time. The field uses 15-minute increments in the standard interface.
Price
Optional numeric price. Enter only the amount, for example 65.00. Currency and tax wording are configured separately under Booking page.
Show Price
Controls whether this service price is shown publicly.
Turning Show Price off keeps the saved price available in Admin but hides it from customers.
Active / Paused
Active services can be offered for booking. Pause a service when you want to retain it and its history without offering new bookings.
Edit
Changes the saved name, description, duration, price or Show Price setting.
Delete
Permanently removes the service where allowed. Prefer Pause when the service may be offered again.
