Add a Planning Rule
Detailed explanation of every field in Plan capacity.
Plan for
Choose the scope of the rule.
Normal day
A repeating weekday rule. Select the Weekday. It continues every week until a more specific rule overrides it.
Specific month
Choose a Month. The rule applies within that calendar month unless a Specific week or Specific day rule overrides it.
Specific week
Choose a calendar Week. It overrides matching Month, Date range and Normal day rules. A Specific day can still override it.
Specific day
Choose one exact Date. This has the highest Planning priority.
Date range
Choose From and To dates for a temporary period. Month, Week and Day rules have higher priority when they overlap.
From / To
The time range within the selected scope.
Simultaneous bookings
Maximum number of overlapping appointments allowed in this time period.
Use 0 when this Planning period should have no booking capacity.
Label
Optional internal description.

Current plan
Shows the saved scope, time, capacity and label. Long lists use pagination.
Remove
Deletes the rule. The next applicable lower-priority rule then becomes effective.
