Booking Settings
Detailed explanation of every field on the Settings page.
Admin email
Administrative contact address. New-booking Admin notifications and test email delivery use this address.
This is separate from the public Business email on Booking page.
Booking window (days)
How far into the future customers may book.
Example:
60 allows booking dates up to approximately 60 days ahead.
Slot interval (minutes)
Controls the spacing between potential appointment start times.
Example:
With a 15-minute interval, possible starts may include 09:00, 09:15, 09:30 and 09:45 when capacity and service duration allow them.
A shorter interval creates more possible start times.
Minimum notice (hours)
Prevents customers from booking too close to the appointment start.
Example:
2 means a customer cannot normally create an appointment starting less than two hours from now.
Timezone
Timezone used for booking dates/times and scheduling calculations.
Set this to the business location. Incorrect timezone configuration can make available times and reminders appear at the wrong local time.
New booking status
Controls the status assigned to new customer bookings.
Choose Confirmed when appointments should be accepted immediately.
Choose Pending when the administrator should review/confirm new appointments.
The matching customer email is selected accordingly.
Cancellation deadline (hours before)
Minimum time before an appointment when customer cancellation is allowed.
Example:
24 prevents self-service cancellation inside the final 24 hours.
Reschedule deadline (hours before)
Minimum time before an appointment when customer self-service rescheduling is allowed.
