Availability versus Planning

Availability controls the hours when booking is possible.

Planning controls the number of appointments that can run simultaneously during those hours.

If you are open Monday 09:00–17:00 and can serve three customers at the same time, Availability is 09:00–17:00 and Planning capacity is 3.

No matching planning rule

When no Planning rule applies, DoorFall allows one simultaneous appointment.

Capacity

1 = one appointment at a time.

3 = three appointments at the same time.

0 = unavailable during the planning period.

Planning is useful for salons, clinics, teams, equipment rental or any business where multiple appointments may happen simultaneously.
