First Setup Checklist

Recommended setup order

1. Open Settings and set timezone, booking window, notice periods and booking status.
2. Open Services and create the appointments customers can choose.
3. Open Availability and set normal opening/bookable hours.
4. Open Planning and set how many simultaneous bookings you can handle.
5. Open Booking page and configure business information, branding, prices and customer questions.
6. Configure Cloudflare Turnstile if required.
7. Open Email, configure delivery and customize the templates.
8. Send a test email.
9. Open the public booking page and make a real test booking.
10. Confirm the booking appears in Overview, Bookings and Calendar.
11. Test the customer manage link, rescheduling, cancellation and .ics calendar link.
12. Configure reminder cron if automatic reminders are enabled.
13. Review System Health.
