Widget Problems

First checks

1. Refresh the page.
2. Open the widget settings and confirm required values.
3. Try removing and re-adding the widget if appropriate.
4. Check whether the administrator has disabled the widget.

External-data widgets

Weather, RSS, Stocks, Crypto, Currency and Translator depend on external data/services. A failure in an external service can affect that widget without affecting the rest of DoorFall Start Page Script.

Before contacting support

Record the widget name, exact error, browser, and steps needed to reproduce the problem.

Browser test

If only one browser appears affected, test the same account in another current browser or a private/incognito window. This helps separate saved browser data from an account or server problem.

Example external-data issue

If Weather fails but Notes, Calculator and To-do List work normally, the problem may be limited to the external weather data rather than the whole installation.
