Countdown

Count down to a date. Create a live countdown to a named target date and time.

What Countdown does

Countdown shows the time remaining until a chosen event.

Settings

  • Event name — The label shown for the countdown.
  • Target date and time — The moment the countdown is counting toward.

Examples

Use it for launches, holidays, deadlines, events or personal milestones.

TIPGive the event a short name so it remains easy to read at smaller widget sizes.

Example

For example, set the event name to Website launch and choose the planned launch date/time. The widget then shows the remaining time rather than requiring you to calculate it manually.

If something does not work

Save the widget settings, refresh the start page and confirm the required values are still present. If this widget uses external data or a third-party service, a temporary service problem can affect this widget without affecting the rest of DoorFall Start Page Script.
