DocumentationDoorFall SearchSearch Quality & Analytics

Search Quality

Use Missing Titles, Missing Descriptions and Thin Content to clean the index.

Missing Titles

Pages without a useful extracted title. Titles are important for relevance and for what visitors see in results.

Click the metric to review affected pages.

Missing Descriptions

Pages where DoorFall could not extract a description. Search can still work, but result snippets may be weaker.

Thin Content

Pages with very little useful extracted text. Thin pages can add noise without improving search coverage.

Delete selected

Select individual pages or Select all on this page, then delete them from the index.

Deleting a page from the index does not change the original website. If the crawler discovers the URL again and it becomes indexable, it may be indexed again.

Source quality

Compare indexed counts and quality issues by source. A source with a very high proportion of thin/missing-content pages may not be worth indexing deeply.
