Back up the application and diagnose common problems safely.
Backup
Use the Admin backup tools before major configuration changes and keep independent hosting/database backups.
Security
Use HTTPS, a strong Administrator password and supported PHP/database versions. Never publish config/config.php, application logs or backup files.
Installation files
Delete install.php after a successful customer installation.
Logs
If DoorFall Launch displays its safe error page, review storage/logs/php-error.log on the server. The public error page intentionally does not expose internal details.
Licensing problems
Open License in Admin and review the current state. Suspended and Revoked states show a global Admin warning while keeping Admin available.
Slow first load
Check the file size of background images and videos first. Large media usually has a greater effect on perceived load speed than the HTML/PHP application itself.
